Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the completion of their projects. Any delays or additional costs caused by incomplete or incorrect information may result in project delays or additional charges.

All content, including but not limited to text, images, designs, code, and intellectual property created by Byteboost Technologies as part of our services, remains the property of Byteboost Technologies until all project fees have been paid in full. Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership of the final deliverables, while Byteboost retains the right to use project materials for portfolio and promotional purposes.

Clients agree to pay the fees associated with the services provided by Byteboost Technologies as outlined in their individual agreements. Payment terms and schedules will be specified in project contracts. Late payments may result in service delays, and we reserve the right to suspend work until payment is received.

All payments made for services are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a client wishes to terminate a project, any remaining balance for work completed up to that point must be paid. We do not offer refunds for completed services.

Both Byteboost Technologies and the client agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of the project strictly confidential. We will not disclose your business information, plans, or data to any third parties without consent, except as required by law.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
